What got me interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field:

There were life changing events that prompted me to enter the medical field.  I enjoy caring for my patients and the relationships that we build.

Core beliefs about practicing medicine:

I believe in patients participating in the management of their healthcare.  Along with this comes a patient responsibility so that we can create a team approach to better care for their needs.

My interests/hobbies:

I enjoy reading and spending time with my husband and friends.

Family:

I am married to Ronnie who is in the process of completing pharmacy school.  We are excited to be expecting twins at the end of this year and I’m looking forward to providing even better care to patients as a result of the insights that parenting will bring.  We have two dogs, Hunter, a boxer/german shepard mix and Bene, a Vizsla.
