What got me interested in pursuing a career in the healthcare field:
My first exposure came form working with my father who is a dentist. My interest increased during college when I worked as a phlebotomist.
Core beliefs about practicing medicine:
Fewer pills is better; none is best. Proper diet and adequate exercise should be the foundation for many medical problems and for everyone’s overall health.
My interests/hobbies:
Raising my four sons alongside my wife, Bible study, Jogging, Medical missions in Nepal – I worked there from 1998 to 2004, and Perennial gardening
Family:
My wife, Elaine, is a – Bible Study Fellowship Leader and Moms in Touch leader. We have four boys – Andrew, Isaac, Ezra and Josiah.
