Prescription Refill Request

If you require a refill on a prescription medication, here are the steps to follow:

  1. Call your pharmacy and give them the current RX number from your prescription bottle. If you have remaining refills, your pharmacy will refill your prescription.
  2. Schedule an appointment to see your physician or health care provider prior to running out of medication.
  3. If you are already out of medication, please schedule an appointment with your physician. You may call the office where you are normally seen and we may be able to refill a prescription with enough medication to last until your appointment provided it is within the next 30 days.

It is our goal at each office visit to provide you with enough medication to last until your physician or health care provider needs to see you again. If you have exhausted all refills, it is likely that you are due for an office visit.
