When you or someone in your family requires specialized care or diagnostic tests, you will be able to get the care you need at College Park. Our team of more than 90 providers includes a wide range of specialists. We also offer full-service laboratory services, cardiovascular imaging, endoscopy, and radiology.


  • Allergy & Asthma

    Our allergists work with our primary care physicians and other specialists to diagnose and treat allergies, asthma, chronic urticaria and sinusitis, immune system disorders, food sensitivities, frequent/chronic respiratory infections, and skin allergies for patients of all ages, infants to seniors.  Services include allergy testing, shot clinics and drug allergy/desensitization.

  • Dermatology

    We offer a full range of dermatological services, including cosmetic procedures to help keep your skin healthy and beautiful. Our dermatologists work with our primary care physicians and other specialists to diagnose and treat disorders of the skin, hair and nails.

  • Dietary Consultation

    Good nutrition is essential to health and wellness, and diet plays a critical role in disease management and weight management. Our dietitians support our primary care physicians and other specialists by providing nutritional counseling based on each patient’s health history and individual needs.  We have Certified Diabetes Educators (CDE) that provide care specific to the pre-diabetes and diabetic patient. Dietary supplements are available at some locations.

  • Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT)

    Our ENT doctors work with our primary care physicians and other specialists to diagnose and treat infections and conditions of the ear, nose, and throat, as well as head and neck disorders.

  • Family Practice

    College Park’s family practice physicians provide primary health care to patients of all ages. Your family physician will coordinate care for each family member, including making referrals to specialists and working closely with physician assistants and nurse practitioners to provide seamless, comprehensive care. Every family physician at College Park has specialized training in family practice and is certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

  • General Surgery

    College Park’s general surgeons are available to consult with you and your primary care physician about surgical procedures, and they also perform some noninvasive procedures.

  • Neurology

    Our neurologists work with our primary care physicians and specialists to diagnose and treat abnormalities and disorders in the brain, spinal cord and peripheral nerves. A designated Migraine/headache clinic is available. Diagnostic tools including Electromyography (EMG), Electroencephalograms (EEG), and Botox treatments for Migraines and Spasticity in MS and Cerebral palsy patients.  Through our state-of-the-art technology, we can immediately view neuroimaging.  We offer an outpatient infusion (intravenous or IV) therapy clinic for short- and long-term therapy needs.  And, provide specialized care for our Multiple Sclerosis (MS) patients.

  • Obstetrics & Gynecology

    Our primary care physicians provide obstretric and gynecological care to women and expectant mothers.

  • Orthopaedics

    Our orthopaedic surgeons work with our primary care physicians and other specialists to diagnose and treat injuries and disorders of the bones and joints, including broken bones, sports injuries, and a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions.

  • Pain Management

    When patients suffer from chronic pain – such as the pain associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, or chronic headaches – our pain management specialists look at the whole body and examine the root causes of pain to determine appropriate treatment and therapies.

  • Physical Therapy

    Our physical therapists support our primary care physicians and other specialists by helping patients recover from injuries, heal after surgery, and manage various musculoskeletal issues.  Physical Therapy will improve posture, strength, flexibility, & endurance, as well as provide education on body mechanics and ergonomics. For your convenience, physical therapy is offered at four locations.

  • Podiatry

    Our Podiatrists diagnose and treat disorders of the foot and ankle.  Our specialists can assist with treating  achilles tendonitis, athelete’s foot, blisters, bunions, corns/calluses, diabetic foot care, heel pain, ingrown toe nails, fit orthotics, plantar fasciitis, warts, and much more.  Podiatry is offered at our Specialty Office.

  • Sports Medicine

    The College Park team has one of the few fellowship-trained orthopaedic and primary care sports medicine physicians in KC with the experience and expertise to diagnose and treat a wide variety of sports-related conditions, from acute injuries to chronic pain. Sports medicine draws on multiple specialties, from orthopedics and physical therapy to pain management and neurology.  College Park is proud to treat the UMKC and JCCC sports team athletes.

  • Urology

    Our urologists work with our primary care physicians and specialists to diagnose, treat, and manage disorders of the kidneys, ureters, bladder, urethra, and the male reproductive organs.


  • Anti-Coagulation Therapy (ACT)

    College Park’s ACT Clinic provides convenient, specialized care and medication monitoring for patients who are taking blood thinners.

  • Cardiovascular imaging

    Our cardiovascular imaging lab performs echocardiograms, arterial duplex sonograms (including lower extremities, upper extremities, carotid arteries, abdominal aorta, and renal arteries), nuclear stress treadmill tests, and nuclear lexiscan stress tests.

  • Clinical Trials

    College Park’s Research Department was formed in 1995 to better serve the health needs of our community and the pharmaceutical industry. Our participation in clinical trials reflects the commitment of College Park physicians and providers to offering patients the most current, up-to-date choices of medication, and to staying on the cutting-edge of new medicines.

  • Endoscopy

    Our endoscopy providers performs tests to diagnose conditions of the throat, stomach, and gastrointestinal tract. Procedures offered include Upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy.

  • Full-Service Laboratory

    College Park partners with LabCorp to offer full-service, on-site laboratory services, making it easy and convenient for you to get the lab tests your doctor wants you to have.

  • Functional Medicine

    Functional medicine is personalized medicine that deals with primary prevention and underlying causes instead of symptoms for serious chronic disease. Functional medicine looks at the core clinical imbalances that underlie various disease conditions.

  • Radiology and Imaging

    College Park offers full-service radiology, including regular X-rays, MRI, CT, digital mammography, ultrasound, bone density, calcium scoring and 3D/4D sonograms.
